Rural Stays is a trusted provider of cleaning, maintenance, and management services for luxury properties.

Founded in 2015 by Stephanie Flint, Rural Stays has evolved into a leading brand in the short-term rentals industry, delivering impeccable standards of care to discerning clients across Yorkshire and beyond.

 

From day one, Stephanie’s family have been by her side, lending a hand whenever needed. Today, thanks to continued growth and expansion, two of her daughters work directly for the business.

 

Stephanie has built Rural Stays brick by brick, starting with cleaning and maintenance services for a single luxury property in 2015. Her outstanding work ethic and commitment to growth – plus continuous word of mouth recommendations – helped Steph scale the business to more than 35 rentals prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. When lockdown commenced – and the hospitality sector was effectively closed – Steph quickly pivoted the business. She invested in education and mentorship, and after working with high-profile experts such as Joseph Valente and Alfie Best, Rural Stays began taking on commercial contracts, setting the foundation for continued growth in the post-pandemic world. 

 

Today, Rural Stays is thriving, and Stephanie’s vision goes beyond simply delivering excellence to her clients. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and raising standards across the short-term rentals industry. Her goal is to establish an accreditation scheme for short-term rental cleaning and maintenance, ensuring every guest experiences the very best.
